The Group has in place the necessary health, safety and environment (the “HSE”) policy and compliance procedures to address health, safety and environmental issues within the requirements of all applicable laws and regulations.
These policy and procedures are consistently updated to consider the activities operated by the Group and the context and environment in which these activities are conducted. The HSE policy has been adapted in the past years to integrate the ongoing war in Ukraine. More recently, this has also been done to consider the new Group's activities in the electricity sector.
A specific focus is developed to regularly maintain and implement the continuous improvement of the HSE management system to support the Group’s strategy to reduce its environmental footprint.
Cadogan's operating activities benefit from the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
