In 2024, Cadogan decided to enter the power generation sector. The Group started to develop its projects with a strategy of a decentralized power generation infrastructure, in Western Ukraine, with a total installed capacity of 12.3 MW. The technology is based on generators using gas as fuel.

A first tranche of 4.6 MW is already operational since February 2026.

A second tranche of 4.6 MW, and a third tranche of 3.1 MW, will become operational in the coming weeks.

On a full generation and full year basis, this total generation capacity will provide an electricity volume equivalent to the annual consumption of 120,000 inhabitants.

The electricity produced is sold to the Grid Operator.

These new activities are a significant milestone in Cadogan’s strategy, shifting the Group’s business model to a multi-energy one.
